"O Lord, forever You remain the same! Your
throne continues from generation to generation." - Lamentations 5:19
This Scripture passage echoes the pulse of
the Golden Fiftie's group here at St. Mary's Parish. Those individuals
aged 50 years and older have witnessed many changes throughout
generations, and testify to the faithfullness of our Lord as they
journey from year to year.
This group gathers on the first Wednesday
of the month, following 9:00am Mass, in Meeting Room A, to share
Scripture, reflect on its meaning in our lives, share experiences which
relate to the theme of the day, and offer support, care, love, and
fellowship to one another.
